Our Foundry is working on one shift and its current production capacity is at the level of 2000 tonnes of casts per year. Our foundry found customers in Poland and in other European countries. Most of our production, approx. 75% is exporting.

Technical and technological equipment of our Foundry allows us for production in big series with machine moulding and also unit production in small series with hand moulding (iron casts of the weight of 0,5 – 1500 kg). On two kinds of moulding machines we can perform iron casts with the weight of 0,5 – 80 kg and 50 – 400 kg. Our production can be very flexible, we are able to change the assortment of the casts (foundry tooling change time – approx. 10 minutes).

Production technology

With the use of machine moulding we can form casts with the weight range of 0,5 – 80 kg. We can use the iron and steel forms using the forming machine (the dimensions of the form are 590 x 520 x 180 mm). There is also possible to change the form size to be more flexible with our production.  

Hand moulding allow us to make casts with the weight up to 1500 kg, in the forms with different dimensions. Hand moulding workplace is equipped with a gantry crane with a lift capacity of 2,5 t.

Since many years casting tools such as cast models are made by specialized pattern workshop. Our tools – models and cores are made of wood, aluminium, plastic and steel.  

The last step In our production before delivery of our goods to our client is finishing by painting for commissioned color from the RAL palette. Of course painting is preceded by their purification. Purification process consists of shot blasting and grinding its surface to preparation of the surface structure. Ready casts are packing and stretching on a wooden palette.

Implementation of foundry equipment, as well as its thorough repair and regeneration, is outsourced outside. Minor regenerative repairs are performed in-house.
